40-45 lbs per db tops. the exercise isnt a huge mass builder more for detail, the emphasis is more on the squeeze at the top rather than pushing weight compared to say a flat db chest press. needs to be in a controlled manner so to me, between 25-40 is optimal

i can say recently i stopped logging because i wanted to be like everyone else i saw stuffing their face and not caring what they ate. what did that lead to? me binging constantly, would eat past being full, and almost becoming obsessed with food. i wasnt working out either which was doubly worse. i was mentally burned…

hi. by just being here and logging you are already winning. i have had the same exact issues. it haunts me. my cure is to log. if i log, i know what im taking in and dont want to ruin the whole day by going nuts on something. when i don't log, i binge and its a horrible thing. i hope this helps

here are a couple ideas. gum, diet soda, anything from walden farms. arnold palmer zero. anything with zero cals will obviously be irrelevant to your macronutrient breakdown so use them in between meals to save you
