ya there's a couple high protein foods, the best aren't natural though. Tofu, seitan, and tempeh have the most protein. Though if your looking for whole foods I'd suggest beans, quinoa, edamame, nuts and nut butters, and peas are pretty good. I'm sure there's a couple I'm forgetting but that should do it for now :)

Coffee is a pretty good source of potassium. It has about 116 mg per cup. Adds up nicely when you have 8 cups or so a day like I do.
