Key quote in your post, "I have lost 11lbs " That's whats you should be proud of and what should keep you going. I logged for 130 days and lost 14 pounds but I gained so much more in self esteem and happiness with my body. Be proud of your loss and don't give up :)

Agree with the people that said 30 day shred. I've never sweated so much after a half hour workout before! You can find the workouts online. Here's level one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8 If you want the next two levels just hit me up with a message! Good luck

From 133.1 lbs to 123.6 lbs. Not a huge change but my waist is a tad smaller after the loss :)

I'm on level 1 day 4 and I definitely burn a sweat!! I find the cardio quite easy but i've never done strength work before so I find that the hardest part. I can JUST manage to do the push ups without stopping. I'm trying to constantly challenge myself: once I hit day 5 i'm going to make sure I do all my moves the harder…

I started yesterday and during level 1 of the video Jillian says to try and do it in 30 consecutive days. The aim is to push through the pain! (Obviously if it is unnaturally painful have a rest day) Good luck!!

For me it's that my legs no longer touch at the top. It just showed me that I had in fact lost weight, but more importantly then this I gained in body confidence, which is the ultimate goal I want to attain from this journey.

Number 2 would be my ideal body. In saying that, I think all the other bodies are beautiful except! for number 4. For me that just looks too skinny.

21! Feel free to add me, would love some new friends!

Hi everyone. So this week: SW: 131.3 lbs CW 128.5 lbs Loss of 2.8 lbs Really happy this week! I set a challenge for myself to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day this week, and I stuck too it! I really think that that made an impact on my weight loss as I very rarely am able to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. From…

Thanks everyone for the responses! I guess i'll just have to get used too it, since after drinking so much water I am seeing what a big difference it actually makes!!

I never would of thought I would be talking about my love for Jersey Shore on MFP.... I wouldn't say it's my 'guilty pleasure', since I don't feel guilty about it all haha, I love the show! I personally find reality TV extremely entertaining (complete opposite of most people I know..), but Jersey Shore really tops it off…
