If its a workout day for me I plan my meals in advance so I know that I will be close.Your already running on a deficit or should be(if your attempting to lose)so you dont want to not feed the muscles/body.Mfp sets the goals so we can hit it,with the deficit already in play plus your adding on top its truly not good for…

I use ae sports active 2,hrm and motion sensors,is like a circuit training with resistance bands,can be difficult but seeing results.

Perhaps get her to join mfp?Get her comfortable and accepting that shes not alone,it is hard work and that you are deeply worried about her.Plenty of fantastic people on here going through the same thing so perhaps if she can get to know them via this site it may help her adapt to a new lifestyle.

1320 recently up from 1200,I was struggling to stay around the 1200,always blowing it by tonnes and always hungry so i changed to less loss per week,eat my exercises and blow out perhaps once a week big time.Still losing.Is a rare day I go under.200 plus over without exercises.

Cardio,taken me quite awhile but I found no amount of situps etc did anything to my belly,it stayed there.I altered my workouts as I got nearer to my goal,upped the cardio and low and behold,its shrinking!Belly is fat,cardio burns fat so you gotta get your body to eat your belly:)

your body will eventually burn your belly,I say eventually;)taken me yonks for mine to start shrinking,everywhere else went first now finally as im nearing closer to my goal ive upped my cardio and it seems to be working,it has changed shape and is getting smaller.

I do,I walk mine for 30 and log it as moderate walking dog.I try to speed up at some points so I feel ive done enough to log the speed as ive no idea if im going fast enough usually;)

I make my own,protein powder,lite cottage cheese,splenda,trim milk and either frozen berries or banana.Very cheap.If I want more consistency i add either ice cubes or if my calories allow ; yoghurt.I know you asked for pre made,i used to use them till I found ideas on here for homemade.

Im an industrial cleaner,massive heavy high powered hoses,constant scrubbing and heavy lifting..anywhere from 4 plus hrs a day.I log it if i so feel like it.Its hard work,bloody hard work.
