just dont give up jump rope is fun but its not that easy it takes a lot of time to build rythm and speed plus if you are trying to do advanced techniques like back crosses, triple unders, Quadriples and quinntriples etc this is wat i did when i got frustrated of trying i just said to myself 1nce more then again 1nce more…

Sorry my mistake mam 10 mins of jump rope is equivalent to 30 mins of jogging..... and besides there is so many varitey in jump rope that u wont event get bored unlike running .... U can try out different variations each time start a your workout and mix them up just to keep u going + listen to some songs and its the best…
