I had some whole wheat pasta tonight and had to have 5 oz. to feel like I had a "dinners" worth. Pricey on the calories but soooo tasty. :)

Hey "Thekit" that's good feedback, appreciate the heads up. I totally agree with you! Eating as a reward, to cope, cause we're bored, etc. can get us in trouble!!! Like 30 pounds overweight trouble haha. (Feels convicted) :)... In the midst of exersizing and eating better, Im gonna try and do some mental and emotional work…
