  • Fair enough, if you can't edit them but you'd think he'd just scan over what he has written before he posts it. Either way it wasn't meant to be harsh, but still good luck to him with trying to loose with a different technique.
  • I only came because I was curious as to how someone can misspell the word 'bye'. Either way, if you've tried out a weight loss tool for six days then give up- that's up to you, especially of one that is so adaptable to all macros etc.. Good luck with your future endeavours, OP.
  • I like it as a break from what I usually snack on. Sometimes yeah I think it's probably a bit expensive- but other times they feel value for money, but everyone likes a treat!
  • Totally agree- my cousin just lost her baby weight but had never been slim but always looked good. Whilst she was loosing the baby weight, she decided to loose a bit more- aiming to be on the slimmer side of what she used to be. Before she even got to her goal weight our grandmother told her she looked ill and not to loose…
  • agree- not your fault that she's gotten another divorce under her belt
  • ketchup! On toast... or crackers... or crisp bread... I know there's a Danish recipe for a cottage cheese cake :D
  • FOR THE HORDE ... on Draenor.
  • love minecraft but I can't find a decent server lately D:
  • I may do now, I'll practise my nonchalant 'what ever you say' xD At least I'm not the only one to have a dad like this then- comforting in an odd way. I love him and all but damn he can annoy and upset me o-o I try and not to talk about it- since he put the weight back on the doctors are more concerned about things and…
  • Everything, out of the four children (I'm second oldest) I kinda didn't do what they wanted me to do; i.e. my older brother joined the arm, younger brother is studying for his doctorate and my sister has a steady long term relationship whilst working and doing a part time degree. Whilst I'm a full time sales person with…
  • I direct your attention to my profile pic P: My hair is so thin and wavy/curly that if I straightened it I may as well be bald! If I grew it down to my shoulders is becomes straggly and knotty- which with thin hair means you're loosing even more volume.
  • I would not like to be in a room with you after eating so many eggs xD I'm not going to say anything else x3
  • first off, loving the generalisation :D I didn't know I drank for a start- thanks for enlightening me P: second, you were in a pub... where people go to drink socially... and you were surprised to see people drink... yes. third, it's not unacceptable to have a glass of wine, or what ever you like, at lunch, in fact its the…
  • Inconsistently filling out the paperwork. There's an older lady who works me, who is leaving (I will miss she is great but this irritates the **** out of me), we're in lead generation and there's a book in which we keep the leads. It has a very clear colour coding and general lay out of information so you can easily find…
  • Although I've not used pills I know a few friends that do/have- I'm on the arm implant so no particular control over things! Anyway, I've known you can skip the odd one, ie one or two a year, without any great harm. One close friend decided to go as long as possible with out one aaaaand it ended with a hospital visit this…
  • Same as above, if you post (with appalling grammar, by the way) in a public forum and expect a completely positive response you're a bit oblivious to the real world. Anyway, I, personally, have only seen Slimfast work well with one person out of a rough estimate of about twenty and only after she joined MFP. After she'd…
  • Thanks :3 Weight wise I've not lost weight for coming up to ten months, but I've gone down a few dress sizes before and slightly after January. I just wanted, with the biometric, to just see what progress I've made on reducing the fat content of myself (that sounds so odd xD ) then anything else. I'll try cutting back on…

  • That's the thing I've not lost any more inches either, not since the start of the year, I'm going to see if I can get another biometric scan on Monday and compare it to my last. I'm just frustrated.

  • "Your too ambitious for a girl" To which I quipped; "It's not my fault I was born with your bollocks."
  • there will be times when you loose inches but no weight and vice versa, look at things like clothes feeling looser (or your jeans falling down!)
  • gonna say exactly what everyone else has said, bone structure due to genetics. At the end of the day, the confidence you build from getting the body you worked for is waaaaay more attractive then any gap!
  • Good old protein shake! Some times I don't have time, or feel the need for something lighter then my usual porridge, and I go for a protein shake. They're pretty easy to make up and the good quality ones are low in carbs and have a good taste :3
  • I adore wonderbras, they're a bit pricey though- but they hold well (and definitely do your size as I'm sitting in my 36FF at the moment) also never had any chaffing or pokey wires. On the other side of things; in my work place I'm on my feet for about nine and a half hours and used to wear flat shoes which really messed…
  • amazing job! Using clothes to measure how you're losing I think is alot healthier- I've got a drawer full of them!
  • ^ my feelings as well, unless you have a digestive issue (ie the inability to process protein for example stops a family friend from eating meat altogether and he has to be careful with general proteins as well) a doctor wouldn't tell you to cut any food groups- even then he would give you something specific to avoid…

  • I know I retain water before and during my period, its not unusual- just annoying!
  • I looooooove guys with Scandinavian and Germanically based language accents :D I don't like French, Spanish or Italian accents but if a guy (or gal) speaks to me in German then in German accented English I'd be weak at the knees x3 EDIT: I'm British with an English accent xD
  • Personally I find that cereals don't really make a dent in my morning hunger. I've switched to porridge which keeps me full pretty much all morning. The way I like and make it is calorific but you can tweak and add your own flavours and what not so that you find something that will keep you going all day. There is always…
  • the hot older guy who keeps chatting me up, yes please!!
