Marshmallows! My sister opened up a pack last night and she shoved a handful towards me and I stayed strong! Just kept thinking 'I don't have the calories!!'

Do it for yourself, screw them! If they really cared they would be supporting you! From personal experience I got the same reception when I worked out at home and all my family did was critise me. When I started at a gym and results started showing they actually started to support me- which I found to be odd.

I would rather shift calories to lunch or snacks around that time, then keep them for later if I'm feeling hungry or (like today) unforeseen foods appear!

honestly, I don't care. As long as they keep themselves in good condition, clean properly and trim hair in erm *cough* relevant places I don't care. Previous boyfriends and erm... friends, had both and I'll be honest it didn't seem to make it better or worse x3

When I go to the gym I've normally jsut rolled out of bed, tied my hair back thrown on my gym stuff and chucked back a protein shake. I look pretty terrible! But I don't care :D I go to sweat! Ooooh you mean when we needed to start to loose the weight? lol misread that one! When I got out of the shower, saw myself in the mirror and told myself that I didn't want to look like that any more. Though I don't get up as early as you but if I need a quick breakfast I tend to make up hot milk with whey protein, it keeps me through the morning. It works well with cold milk, or water, just that it's cooler here at the moment so something warm helps me go :D

I've got the implant, it was put in a month after I started and I had no real gain. I find it easier to eat a good bulk of protein in powder form for breakfast then via say bacon and eggs- that and I'd say it's cheaper by the way I'd consume it in both financial and calorific terms. It takes a few minutes to make it up and I can drink it whilst getting ready for work or during a break whilst I'm working.
