I have the same problem.... 2 c sections at a young age really upset me... But you do get over it. I use a sweat belt when I do any exercise and it make me sweat alot more round my stomach and gives me a better flat look , try cutting out things that make u bloat as well..xx

You look fab hun .x You should see my skin on my stomach where Iv had 2 c sections I have a over hang of skin cause of the scar...... trust me use some firming cream and coco butter..x

I am in the same boat as you, I only have fitness dvds. I get up everyday and do my fitness dvds I chance them round so I am not doing the same old dvd. I get my partner to messure my waist, thighs etc instead of getting on the scales as I can't afford them at the mo. my motivation lyes with in my pile of jeans I have on…

I think I get what you mean hun.. I would just eat healthy and when you do fall pregnant don't give in to the cravings as that makes you gain weight like no 2morrow as you think its ok to eat as much as you like because people say "well you are eating for 2" thats totally wrong....

I would rest up and just do some stretching out and carry on tomorrow .. If you rest for to many days I found myself getting worse with the aching not being able to walk up and down the stairs properly.. felt like a old women..lol

Its quite easy depending on weights I would start off small..... you never know till you have had a go...

I find it hard to eat 1200 calories a day sometimes, but I found after a while I would feel funny I would get headaches after doing aerobics.... Why don't you try drinking milk or having a abit of chocolate to get your calories up..... Thats what I would try next ..
