there is a bunch of ladies i see at my gym that all weigh more than 400 pounds and they are at the gym faithfully 5 days a week on the exercise pike and using free weights...i think at any size the gym will help you..just start out slow and build your way up. you will absolutely notice the weight melt off faster the more…

i know exactly how you feel...even with food...i can easily get a huge bag of like cheetos or something for 1.50 but you cant even get a bag of salad for under 5 bucks :|

it could be sodium..and also as you work your muscles they will hold water to repair themselves so maybe try to change your "rest" day to the day before you WI. that way your body has time to heal and let go of some of the extra water.

maybe try to drink coconut water...you can get the 100% kind and it has a lot of electrolytes and some sodium but isnt all processed and full of junk and its pretty low in cals.

this is a really hot button issue..i personally think you should listen to your body..if you FEEL hungry..then eat! if you FEEL satisfied/full then dont. thats just my humble opinion and how i do things.

we eat pizza at least once a week if not more since i live in philadelphia its kind of hard not to..i usually just get light on the cheese ( or take it off myself ) and ask for all the veggies...then its really bulky and filling but still feels like pizza and it doesnt undo your whole day

when you get to goal you can switch the settings to maintenance mode and it will give you a set number of cals just like it did for when you put it in weight loss mode...

load up at the salad bar for fruit/ veggies for your first plate...then you wont be as hungry so when you go to eat the " bad " foods you wont be tempted to eat as much thats my strategy anyways

i dont log mine but i take several vitamins every day.i think its just personal preference.

i feel bad for women who dont feel like they get enough support from their significant others. it makes me really thankful that mine is so supportive and wonderful. it really does make all the difference having someone on your team while trying to lose weight.

i love spirutein...it comes in a million flavors and they are all amazing and its usually like 90ish cals a scoop its tri protein too. also it gives you almost the daily dose of a whole lot of vitamins too.

have you tried pilates? its kind of like cardio and weights in one. there are a ton of free workout videos you can find online like on exercisetv.com . when i did it consistently for 5 days a week for 2 weeks i noticed a difference over my whole body feeling much leaner and more toned.
