1570. i have it set to sedentary and i hardly work out but when i do i usually eat the calories back. you do know that when you put your info in MFP will generate a pretty decent ballpark for your calorie goal, right?

i skip breakfast most days specifically so i can eat candy and cookies in bed, at 11 , and come in under goal. ive lost more than 70lbs. just sayin.

to the OP: when i was on WW i had the etools and i tracked only my points foods on that one but on MFP i tracked everything mainly because i was curious as to how close they would be at the end of the day. if you chose not to track your fruits and vegs. make sure you remind yourself that even if it says you have extra cals…

use mashed avocado in place of mayo. sliced avocado on sandwiches or in salad. blend it with some 0% greek yogurt to make a really good topping for tacos or even salad add it to smoothies use in it place of oil/egg/butter in baking recopies if you are adventurous..... here is a good list i think...some of the options it…

ive been doing the " tummy tuck workout that's part of the brazil butt lift videos and it seems to be making an improvement. i also have a 5 y/o and a 9m/o both by c-sec. so needless to say it wasn't pretty when i started lol

i was doing heavy weights and tons of elliptical for the first 3-4 months of my last pregnancy...the only reason i had to stop was because i had horrible horrible acid reflux.
