Are you intending to spike your glucose level, or maintain? Research 'glycemic index'.

I'm going with this one. Weight loss with bananas will be slower because of all the back-up.0 -
Apples because bananas are higher glycemic and apples are low glycemic
high glycemic foods spike your blood sugar causing you to feel hungry again soon after eating whereas low glycemic foods do not spike your blood sugar and keep it more at a regular level:
