yeah i would take the meat off the bones and stick it in a tupperware bowl and i think as long as you heat it thoroughly and only heat you could eat it for the next couple days.

i actually do both mfp and ww. ive lost almost 40 pounds in a little under 3 months so i cant complain. good luck on whichever you choose to do though. its hard work but totally worth it in the end :]

i know they eat a lot of rice and meat...like chicken , pork, beef etc. its just the seasoning that will be different.

i always go over on my fiber too but i look at it as a positive...the most that it can do is make you go to the bathroom more.

anything with cilantro, pretty much anything fried or greasy, regular soda( oh god, ive turned into my mom!) white bread, butter, crunchy cookies, donuts... are all things i dont really care to eat. my downfall is cheese omg cheeeeese! and sweets..like cheesecake, brownies, candy etc..lol

i think chewing gum is good..and next time see if you can bring a little vicks and you can put it just under your nose to kill the yummy smells..or at least turn them in to not so yummy smells so they are easier to get over.

coconut milk...the kind with the regular milk not the condensed stuff in a can is also a good one. so is hemp milk.

my dermatologist gave me retin a cream and it worked wonders...they give it for acne and scars too but i was shocked it worked as well as it did..my stomach was zebra print after i had my daughter but now its pretty smooth and even colored.

ive kept almond milk for 2-3 weeks with no problem...i think its more a freshness thing then a spoilage thing..just like regular milk can still be drank a week or so after the " expiration " date.

id imagine if you traded the honey for say agave nectar or even maple syrup it would still taste about the same and be vegan too

if i have done more then like a taste to make sure my 3 y/o food isnt to hot then i generally just lop 100 calories off the top of my allowance just to be safe. and i usually just use the quick add thing in that situation.

i usually just about double the recommended amount of water and then cook it a little longer and like the other poster said..let it sit a few mins after its done. definitely more bang for your buck..just make sure you are counting it at the uncooked amount so it doesn't throw off your count.
