I am looking at getting a Polar heart rate monitor. I work out at the club doing mainly the elliptical or treadmill. Any recommendations for a good model? I am mainly concerned with heart rate and calories burned. Thanks!

I would suggest the elliptical. It is a full body workout. Get one that works your arms too.

I think it depends on the person. I too get addicted to working out. I feel guilty if I skip a day. However; I have noticed that I tend to lose a little more weight if I do skip a day now and than rather than going and pushing it hard every single time.

If you like Raspberry, I just tried the Sugar Free Raspberry Preserves...I think it is made by Smuckers. It is great!
