I train and dont lose weight

Hi everyone. I am training every day. I do spinning in the morning then I do circuit training in the afternoon. I have been doing this solid now for 4 weeks and have not moved from 140lbs. What am I doing wrong.

  • Now that I have spotted this forum I am going to try and keep track of what I eat. I dont normally eat all that much though. Will give it a week or so checking my calories to see if that helps.

    Are you losing inches off your waist? You might be losing fat, just not total body weight.

    Also, are you drinking enough water? The recommended amount is 1/2 your body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 140lb, that's 70 ounces of water per day. And if you're working out often, you should probably drink even more.
