Oh my Gosh, You have big man bulky arms with all the strength training!!! :laugh: Now if only my mom would believe me. She asked me how to get rid of the flab, I told her diet, exercise, inclusing strength. She doesn't believe me. Oh well.

I am 5'4". 235 currently a size 18. Once I get down to about 215 I will be back to a size 16.

I workout/go for a walk. That helps calm me down and get out my aggression on that.

There are a lot of people on here on a similar journey to lose weight as you! Most people are supportive and willing to help out whenever possible.

This is good!! Lifestyle change, and substitutions. I am not a drinker. I have two little boys, and I am married. My family has alcoholism so I stayed away from it anyway.

Have you figured out your BMR?? http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ Figure out your BMR, and calorie needs. Then take 20% off of that. Also, sounds like other people have good ideas too. 1lb of fat=3500 calories.

I don't generally "wake up" and do things. What I usually do is wake up, look at the clock, and go back to sleep. I have taken the clock out of my room so I don't have a clock to look at. But I think I still generally wake up like that.

Not usually, I use to be on trazadone to help me sleep, but when I got pregnant my doctor took me off of them:) I am still nursing so I haven't started taking them again. I am starting a full time job soon though, so I might need to start taking them to get through my days.

I have a 9 month old that I get up once to nurse. But generally I am not getting up to pee:)

I think the size a woman should be depends on her frame. Me, for example, I remember being 140 and being a size 8 in Highschool. I eat eggs almost every day. Someone who already has high cholesterol may want to be careful, and just eat egg whites..but that researched may have changed and might not be accurate anymore..
