Okay, I would say pit bull and Boxer. The dog is full grown and 55lbs, no mastiff there guys, sorry. But I don't think so. I have a pit/boxer and they THINK the dad was Husky, and she is 80lbs

Most dieticians say eat a min of 1200 calories. Unless you are super short. IMO you are eating too little. Maye you should consider checking with a dietician about your goals and food, and see what they suggest.

Purely an observation I have made. I wasn't attacking, I didn't specify calories, not really sure why you decided to tell me I am all wrong. There is no magic number. If the OP is that worried about it she can talk to a dietician or her doctor.

hi! I am 26 years old. I am a mom to two boys. I have logged and lost some weight, about 12 lbs, and stopped for awhile, gained a little back, now I am back down. Been logging my meals and walking. Check the clearance section @ your favorite mall stores. I work @ Old Navy and we have shirts there for 2.49. There were a bunch of shorts for 1.47. I bought 2 pairs of Yoga pants for .21 each.

I was having a problem getting it to update as well, so I plugged in my fitbit to the base and push the reset button on the bottom of the base station...then it worked. BTW the flower in your photo is beautiful.

My big wake up call was starting to log my foods, and seeing how much calories i was REALLY eating. That was like, woah. SInce thing if I do something not to great, I can see it, and how it affects my calories. It was hard at first and then it gets easier.

I would agree if it is non-caffeinated. I also will mix crystal light in with my water. I do add the extra calories, even though it's only like 20. Also, I have heard that you need 64oz including the food you eat... So, my thing is, I drink when I am thirsty, and don't worry about it if I don't get all 8 cups in. I know if…
