I am definetly pear-shaped. I go for a mid-rise, boot cut jean. That way, it's not too long on my waist, and it's not too tight on my thighs. I feel trousers and too loose(most of the time) flares are too tight, skinny is just out of the question.

Do you net 1300 calories a day, or that's how much you eat?

NVM, I looked at my graph and I am coming up with the right numbers, I think that might be how much I was under 1 day.

I don't officially know the answer. However I think you can kind of save up for a week. If you save an extra 100 a day. If not. MFP allows for a deficiet anyway. Just go to you maintain calories(which is 500 OVER goal if you have it set to lose 1lb a week) One night won't completly mess you up. I would say have fun and…

1000 calories a day is too low. 1200 should be the bare min.

I am similar, but starting out WAY heavier than you:) 5'4 1/2" SW 245 CW235 GW150 Well, my goal weight is higher. I will see how I look when I get there. I think I am more muscular build and bigger boned than the average woman.

Not true, my hubby watched both our kids be born, loved it. Still complains if we don't have the time to do that at least once a week.

I add mio if I am tired of drining just plain ol water sometimes. I also use the crystal light packages. If does add a little calories, like 20. which isn't a whole lot and worth it to me:)

Sounds like you probably need to eat more. You should be netting 1200 min. Example: Eat 1500 calories. Exercise and burn 300. 1500-300=1200. I aim to net 1700. 1200 calories is not a whole lot and is the min. Here is a BMR calculator. It will tell you how many calories your body need to function. It suggests subtracting…

I limit my carbs bc I am pre-diabetic. I wouldn't limit them that much unless you have a medical reason. Or talk to your doctor and see what they suggest. The body still needs carbs for energy.
