I have a 6yr old, 3 yr old twins & an 8 month old & I go to the gym every monring after dropping miss 6 at the bus stop. My gym has a supervised kids room every morning between 9-10.30 am. Maybe look for a gym that has a creche? If not as others have said go walking, get up before everyone else, or go to the park and run…

Just to be different I am in New Zealand & we measure in kgs so I have to convert the Lbs and St into kgs. Except we still measure newborn babies in lbs aswell as grams.

My feet & arms dont move together either. I am unco but it does get easier.

The only time I have been sore after a workout is when I did a pilates session with my personal trainer then she had me do some vibratraining exercises. Felt the burn during workout outs though all the time

Sodium also causes water retention. i have low blood pressure too & i keep a close eye on my sodium

I did an hours worth of extra housework & I will be doing L1 of 30DS shortly once I get miss 7 months settled

I agree with watching the sodium too. I have started watching that recently and I am noticing a big difference :) Other then that it looks good.

My reward when I reach my goal weight is a long horse trek, a kindle & the Bliss package at my local beauty therapists. Mini goal rewards manis, pedis, new clothes & shoes

I have a 750 ml bottle that I refill every day & I normally drink at least 3 of them.

I generally read a mag or a book while on the exercycle. My gym owner was giving my stick about it & I just said I have 4 young kids so this is my time to get in a bit of reading :) it distracts my from looking at the timer.

I go to the gym 1st thing after I drop my eldest at the bus stop so I get up, chuck on some yoga pants, maternity sports bra & a singlet top ( the sleeves on t shirts annoy me) & tie my hair up & thats it.

I had to restart after I was sick too. This time I am back & better then ever :)

I wear make up sometimes. Mainly if I am going out somewhere nice. I love just playing around with make up at home too.

30 DS only uses dum bells. I have a dance work out dvd that doesnt use any equipment

When I first started at the gym I was a bit uncomfy about other people seeing me but then I realised that no-one was really watching me anyway & people of all shapes, sizes, ages come to my gym. phew just did day 1 level 1. Wow what a work out. Even with miss 7 months laughing at me I did it :) All going to plan I should finish 2 days after I finish my cake decorating course :)

Congrates on your 1st bubba. I had my 4th 6 months ago and find I snack alot to. I am finding if I have a drink of water instead of a snack that helps most of the time & I have a water bottle with me at all time & take a sip of water if I feel I am gonna head for the kitchen. I eat a small snack 30 mins or so before bed. I find if I don't when I wake up to give miss 6 months her night feeds I am starving & more tempted to grab something no so good for a midnight snack
