Also, I just realized I made it sound like I lost 121.5 lbs which is not true. I will weigh 121.5 in about 5 weeks. :tongue: Oops.

I'm already at 1/2 lb. per week. In about 5 weeks I will go into maintenance mode. Time to step up the strength training and add a little more protein to my diet. I do have a tendency to favor carbs. Thanks much everyone!

Hi, I actually just got home from Curves. I've been using it as a component of my weightloss, but it is not the only thing I do for exercise. Between MFP, Curves, Wii Fit and normal walking, shoveling etc. type of cardio, I have lost pounds and inches. I would suggest adding variety to your exercising.

I thought at first that I was supposed to eat them, but found I couldn't possibly eat that much. Then I noticed how much it slowed the weight loss down. Since then I may go over my 1200 a little on days I have exercised, but not by much. It made a big difference.

I bought a MIO Petite Drive watch and I love it. Not a lot of bells and whistles which is fine by me. It does exactly what I want it to do. It was around $50.
