This is interesting because in other countries people will eat late or have a snack and take a nap. Also in those countries they are slender and do not have our overweight problems. In the end calories in calories out.

I'm also 5'4'' and I have 10 more pounds too!

At first my goal was 140. However, my body has changed with babies, I don't know if just shape or muscle. I am at 135 and find I could lose 10 pounds easily.

Water aerobics is great on joints and you can focus more on arm motions. PTs and OTs should really work with you.

Legumes- Lentils, Peas, Beans are all low sodium and high in fiber. Thus making them filling. Also here is a site for a low sodium diet, you might want to look into it: http://www.healthcastle.com/low-sodium-diet.shtml

What about lentils? or other beans? low in fat, calories and sodium, fiber helps regulate. I mix beans with rice. Sounds old school but our grandparents knew what they were doing.

Calories are amazing 3500 equals 1 pound of fat. So if you give in a little today you are not going to gain pounds over night. Just be picky about it, if you really want it eat it. Allow today be a relax day if you don't feel good. You can still lose weight this week.
