New weight 162.3lbs 9/19/11. I've gained like four pounds since the beginning of this challenge and I do apologize for bringing the team down :( I'll pull a loss this week, I promise!!

Lose 5lbs+ in September! Challenge - Goal Weight on September 30th: 149.9 09/01: 157.0 09/05: 156.3 09/12: 160.0 09/19: 162.3 09/26: 09/30: There is no freaking way I am making that goal, but I am stopping the upward slope now. My new goal is to get back to 157 by end of September!!

Really felt like Last Chance on Biggest Loser...hopefully there won't be any need for that this week!

This morning's weight: 156.3, a new low. It's not a true loss, though. I barely ate anything last night out of desperation. -___- But it still feels good to report a loss at all!

I lost my first 10lbs in about a week and half. The next 10 pounds came off in maybe 8 weeks. It does depend on where you are starting from. ^ I know exactly how you feel. Until MFP I could not remember a time when I was not AT LEAST in the 170s since like sixth or seventh grade. It was crazy to see that I went down to 160s, and I was even more ecstatic to be in the 150s! Speaking of which, I came back to the low 160s this month but I think it's going back down…

You are actually in normal BMI, sweetie. I am your height and I started losing weight on MFP when I was 179lbs. I got down to as low as 157lbs though this month it's back to 161ish. I too do want to get down to 130lbs eventually, but you certainly shouldn't feel so bad about yourself! You can do it!
