Congratulations on having the strength not to peek at the numbers!! My problem is if I don't weigh I am so paranoid that I'm gaining weight I pretty much give up, and eat what I want as 'im going to gain it anyway!' humph!!

Brilliant! Me too!! I can't have one cheat day, maybe a little cheat meal here and there, but a full day it pushes me right off track and I find it so difficult to get back on.

Zumba is the best way to work out! I heard if you put your all in to it, it burns about 500 cals an hour! Fun, and good for you! There is no better feeling than dancing like a loon to brilliant music!! Congrats on the weight loss so far!
