Hey thanks everyone! It's actually much easier to get more protein than I thought but I'm definetly having to change up my regular snacks. I'll be adding Greek Yogurt for sure and skim milk.

I honestly don't know but if you have a heart rate monitor you can figure it out pretty easy. You can get them at Target for about $30, totally worth it!

Take 10 days on each level and then start with level one again using lightly higher weights and trying some regular pushups in there. Keep your body guessing and it will respond better!
