  • Hi! I eat late at night as well. I usually eat dinner at 9PM and I still get hungry after dinner sometimes! If I need to snack on something at night, I would eat fruits. I don't think eating late at night will make you gain weight as long as you eat healthy foods and not junk! Hope that helped a little =)
