I'm thinking about drinking a protein fruit smoothie (fruit, OJ, yogurt, and protein powder) for lunch to change up the diet/ help me get out of this horrible plateau. Think this will work- eating liquids instead of solids?

I remember I tried replacing a meal with a protein smoothie but it did not keep me full for long! I had to eat more after the shake. But if a smoothie can keep you full then that's great. As for your question, I am not sure if drinking liquids instead of solids would help. But to get out of a plateau, it is best to UP your cardio. High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) is a great way to break out of plateaus and burn fat!

You can still get substantial nutrition out of drinking shakes for meals, so long as it has the right stuff in it. I have a Shakeology once a day. I'd be happy to share any info on it, as it will be far more substantial than a general protein shake.
A quick bit on it: has between 15-17 grams of protein and over 70 vital vitamins and nutrients in one shake. Delish!!!
