  • If you have a smart phone why not try the bridge to 10K programme? That is what I plan to do when I finish Couch to 5K.
  • Not really a compliment but last Monday I bought some cigarettes and a lighter for my other half and was asked for ID! It was a serious request from the cashier who said I looked like my daughters sister. It has made my year - I will be 47 in August :laugh:
  • Can you find someone nearby to train with? I train with my daughter and having someone to talk to and point out sights to as we go along is a real help. Also we find then we never both want to give up at the same time and it is a real incentive to keep going when you know someone else is waiting for you.

  • When I exercise I log it here by choosing the relevant exercise in the exercise tab and then putting in the start time and how many minutes the exercise lasted. This way mfp will sync the info over to fitbit for the correct time you were exercising and this will overwrite the steps fitbit has recorded for you. Yoga,my…
