  • I don't have pcos but my husband and I hope to conceive a child one day (when it is right). We have 3 already from my previous relationship but would like one more to complete our family. I miscarried this September. I really feel like my weight needs to be down more. I have been heavy in the past while pregnant and it was…
  • Thank you all for the support and advice. I love all your ideas... I will def be trying them. I can't believe I didn't think about smoothies or milkshakes before. :) This is going to go on for some time so I guess I just have to get through the initial stress of this and find some way to calm myself down. It was just a…

  • It probably has a lot to do with the fact I drank a lot of beer and soda daily as well. I believe a lot was detox/water weight. Hell if next week I lose nothing I could care less. This was about gaining my life back and I'll take what comes my way. :)

It must be healthy for me because I am doing it the right way and its what I lost so far. I'm not looking for a quick fix, this is a life change.. if I lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks I'd be just as happy.

I felt pretty sexy when I was 150 and a size 10 so we will see what happens! I love being a little soft...but in the right places. :) If I lost my girls and my curvy-ness I think I would…

After a while your endurance builds up and you can go for longer periods of time. 2:I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure whats going on with you but it sounds like you…
  • I feel ya and yes there is PLENTY of hope. Beer and Liquor def helped me get in the position I'm in, lol.... food as well though. I was an all around love to eat/love to drink live it up person for a while but things turned into depression for me and I just want to be happy now. I've already decided that when I feel like…
  • My plans for losing are to eat healthy, walk as a family daily when my husband comes home from work and then exercise a little at night when the kids go to bed. I'm going to try to not stress about the weight and just make myself healthy and change how I eat. We are stationed at Fort Sam in TX.
  • Thank You all for your responses and encouragement. :) Its nice to hear this is a common feeling because I kind of felt weird about talking about how I've been feeling.
