  • You should log them, I was researching this yesterday for a protein supplement, the fact is they add calories so they should be recorded as such. If you're working out you probably earn them anyway, and I have learned to keep close to the calorie goal what better way that with something that's doing an extra benefit.
  • I can see a difference but the best way to show is like for like photos. Seeing you sitting down, then standing up is no way to compare. Try a photo stanging up when you were heavier, or sitting down now you are lighter.
