You are doing great...... 40 lbs is alot..... while in the US buy something you really like a size or 2 smaller and let that be your motivation..... worked for me.... good luck to you......

I am from Florida and not very many people consider Florida Southern. Its all depends on the parts of Florida you are from. Once you are outside the city limits Florida is very Southern.

When I first started MFP i was really strict on what i ate. But I had to train myself on portion control and changing the foods I ate and having cheat days at that time would not work for me. I have made a few of skinny taste receipes. They seem bland to me sometimes. But the food network has some healthy foods. They have great veggie burger receipes. Cooks.com also has low cal receipes....

It sounds like whatever routine you are on is working for you. I believe you should stop depending on the scale and go with your clothes. I am the opposite. I got the number where i wanted it but i cant my clothes to go smaller. NSV are sometimes the best and if you are replacing muscle with fat then the number might not…

I also have a favorite stall and get upset when someone is in mine..... especially when i have to use one on the other side as it doesnt feel right..... the bad thing is i work with some nasty people who dont respect the bathroom..... sometimes i ewwant to just hug the cleaning lady

Some people are naturally big boned. My collar and shoulder bones stick out and i bump my hip bones on everything these days... but i am far from being too skinny. I am 5 9 143 lbs and wear a size 11. I do believe there is to skinny though

I only drink them after my weight lifting days for the extra protein which helps with muscle recovery..... and if i got enough protein with whole foods i wont drink one

I dont think she looks like a man but her hands are really big. She can be annoying at times but she gets the job done. Her shoulders to me are to big but love the rest of her. If i could cut off her arms she be a perfect girl crush...:laugh:

At my job alot of people walk and jog on their lunch breaks..... well recently there is a group of people of 6 or so that run on their lunch when i am out for my walk. One of the girls is really big. And she is huffing anf puffing and trying so hard to keep up. I admire the fact that she is out there everyday doing it
