I typically log just "workouts" but the other day I scrubbed all the walls, window sills, cupboards, baseboards, and floors in my living room, foyer, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room....it took 4 hours....so yep, damn right I logged it lol

A fellow South Carolinaian :) Im in Charleston....anyhow I think you should write down how you feel after eating like that, and the next time you are bored, lonely, whatever, read it and hopefully you can make better decisions :) You can do it!!

To change settings go to home then click goals and change my goals then it says recommended or custom: set my own. Choose to set ur own...And then u can change it
