MFP has you at 500 cals for food deficiency you need to burn 500 calories working out...to equal 1000/day....7000/week which is 2 pounds :)

to lose a pound a week you need a 3500 calorie deficiency....so 500 a day.....this could be done with 300 calories burned and 200 calories on the food side, or so on....MFP typically sets food calories less than what you regularly eat, so burning 200-400 with a workout, you should see results :)

i dont roll calories, but I do have a cheat day ever 7-10 days :)

Do something for at least 10 minutes...like pushups, situps, burpees, squats, lunges....you will be glad you did, and then you can have a little more for dinner :)

I got it put in 2 years ago...i have gained weight since then, but it could be my lack of exercise and not eating right, I have some other awful side affects, and i am scheduling to get it out....i had a friend who gained a ton of weight right after she got it out, she dropped like 20 in a month....

http://www.amsa.org/healingthehealer/GlycemicIndex.pdf I refer to chose fruits that have a low glycemic index, and eat the others in moderate.....although fruit sugar is better than processed sugar, too much of any sugar can be a bad thing.

when you eat a strict numbers of calories for a while your body become efficient to that number of calories, and when you ate not so clean your bodys like whats going on....thats why its good to have a cheat every now and then...(about once every 7-10 days)…

I agree with going to see a doc....my hubby has knee issues and will put it off. One day at work they were lifting heavy stuff and turning well he turned and something popped....he ended up needing emergency surgery, and the recovery was 12 weeks. so I would say if its been 3 weeks its time to see a doc. It would be awful…
