                    Hey, just  wondering if anyone knows how many extra calories a day you are suppose to eat if you are nursing.  MFP says I'm suppose to eat 1250 a day but I think it should be a little more than that since I am nursing.  Thanks for the help

            I always heard between 200-500 calories...dont forgot to drink plenty of water

            If you go into the food diary, and put 'nursing' it will give you a load of options that you can add which subtracts the calories you burn nursing, which will give u a larger number of calories to eat.... if that makes sense!0

            I've read an extra 300 calories a day.0
