Go online too, a lot of the time the company has coupons you can use when you go to get it at the pharmacy. My doctor often gave me coupons and sample tubes. I wish I had my before and after photos to post, not sure where they are but in about 1 month it cleared a lot.

Sounds like maybe acute posteromedial shin splints? Hard to tell just based upon a description You may have pes planus ( flat feet) in which your foot overpronates. Most of the time you will get pain when standing on your toes or inverting your ankle when you have posteromedial shin splints. Anterolateral shin splints hurt…

You should eat MORE than 2-3 times. Your metabolism will be slower than it could be optimally. When you skip meals or fast for long hours like that you don't do your diet justice. I eat ~5 times with a few hundred calories every few hours.

Actually men can have their own version of PCOS as Syndrome X/Metabolic syndrome. Basically they can be insulin resistant.

Oh and Byetta also is known for its side effect of weight loss. It does slow down digestion therefore you have a tendency to eat less and feel fuller longer.

It is an injection usually prescribed to diabetics and some doctors are prescribing it for glycemic control for PCOS. It is GLP-1 receptor agonist and helps to control the excessive insulin response(as occurs in PCOS). I give myself 2 shots per day to supplement my 2000mg of metformin.

Definitely look into it and find a good OB/GYN reproductive endocrinologist to give you a panel of tests: hormone levels, fasting glucose etc. Also I had a pelvic ultrasound ( kind of uncomfortable because it is vaginal ) but it will help give you answers.

Insurance, oh boy tell me about it! I work in healthcare and unfortunately cannot get good coverage. I've been told my PCOS is a pre exsisting condition. Sooooo they will not cover it, or my reproductive endocrinologist appointments (considered maintenance by them), Also no insurance company for pre exsisting condition…
