I would of course recommend you see a physical therapist for an assessment. I'm more inclined to think it is patellofemoral syndrome, especially since you are a young female and doing a lot of lower body workouts.

A torn meniscus can also having popping noise and be painful. ( Usually also has swelling, locking or catching of the knee). That pain ( from meniscus tears) is more in the joint and patellar pain is more in the front of the knee (as the kneecap rubs the surface of the femur and tibia.)

Could be patellar tracking/ patellofemoral pain syndrome. If you hyperextend your knees (genu recurvatum) i would be inclined to think your patella ( kneecap) is also out of place. Hard to tell based off a description alone. But stretching the IT band, hamstrings, quads, etc....and strengthening your booty muscles may…

You're beautiful girl. I'm working on my entire body, I wish I had those thighs. Toning bands/weight training can help you tone if that's what you desire.

Pcos is a pain. The lovely acne, abnormally heavy bleeding and pelvic pain is a real "joy". I usually do better when my weight is down but right now I'm having trouble with weight fluctuation.

I do sometimes. It helps me get an idea of what to eat the next day. It's much easier to edit meals than to go back and add every single thing I ate that day.

I never did couch to 5k but it is the same principle just with specific instruction/guidelines. I also did the treadmill and elliptical to help build endurance. I'm getting back to running again. I re-read it, i decided I'm modifying it. I'm following the general principles but I enjoy exercise and activities too much to limit it to 17 min. I used the content to help me change my diet choices.

Skipping breakfast slows the metabolism. You need to keep glucose levels steady and its best to start off with larger meals instead consuming alot at the end of the day. Consuming them during the day earlier will give you more opportunity to burn calories during the day ( rather than eat late and storing it as fat).

You can also put the oats/ dried fruit etc in a coffee pot that has a timer. Set it before going to bed and put water in the reservoir. So when you wake up breakfast is done.
