I hate scales.!!! I need help, I just can't seem to get back on track. I have been doing this since june lost 15 lbs, then gained 3 back. my food diary is just awful and I just don't know what to eat anymore, any suggestions, everyone feel free to look at my dairy.

Boy I feel you pain. I was doing so good for almost 2 months and in the last 2 weeks, I have had a few binges. I am the same way, if something goes wrong I want to eat, and when I am happy I think i need to celebrate witih food. I hate that I do that. I am controling it a little better, telling myself, I have 15 lbs. off and don't want to gain it back. I know i can do it and just need to keep in contact with everyone on here. You…
