  • The only way I eat eggs is the hb egg whites other than that I cant do them scrambled for some reason...
  • Im new to the macro-nutritional goal thing...I work out alot but am noticing I dont get enough protien or carbs in my diet. I dont eat much because I get full fast! I just looked up the breakdown for macro stuff and says 141g of protien for the day...that is a huge jump from the normal 66g a day I get
