Is hard boiled egg whites some cheese and a protien shake too much for breakfast?

    It's a lot of protein, but probably not too many calories, if that's what you mean. If it fits in your calorie goals and macro-nutritional goals, it's fine.

    Seems healthy, apart from the cheese?? But hey.........Calories in, Calories out : )

    How about a nice omelette, with mushrooms, ham, mixed peppers etc??

    I love omelettes!!

    I also love oats!!!!!!

    Oats with blueberries, strawberries, sprinkle some cinnamon....Yum!!!!!

    Im new to the macro-nutritional goal thing...I work out alot but am noticing I dont get enough protien or carbs in my diet. I dont eat much because I get full fast! I just looked up the breakdown for macro stuff and says 141g of protien for the day...that is a huge jump from the normal 66g a day I get

    The only way I eat eggs is the hb egg whites other than that I cant do them scrambled for some reason...
