Jicama, avacado, nuts (almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds), dried cranberries or raisins, chickpeas, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, artichoke, tortilla strips, black beans....not all at once though.....There's some good ideas here that I may even try!

I love the Greenways! A great way to get out and walk, run, bike, whatever. It's easy to go 4 or 5 miles in, then I think..."crap, I've gotta go all the way back" but it's still fun though. I visit Little Sugar Creek the most.
