Cilla here, back for yet one more try at this weight loss/healthy thing. Just purchased a recumbant stationary bike and LOVE LOVE LOVE it - so hopefully that will be helping out. Not so much if i'm looking for control - or "guidance" in those times where i serious lack motivation.

I sweat my butt off too! I usually do the 4 mile super challenge and by the end of it, I'm wiped! Just curious, how do all of you log the walks? The 4 mile takes about 55 minutes to do but the first 5 minutes and last 10 minutes are a little slower than the rest of the video so I usually log it as 40 minutes @ 4mph and 15…
