WOW, there are so many walks posted for Saturday that I can't even scroll down to see them all while writing this. So I can not comment to everyone, however, you all are so Amazing :drinker: . And Awesome.

Saturday:
4 miles (using a 15 minute mile / 4 mph that LS uses in her basic walks as a guide to counting miles/ time): Today I needed to mix it up a bit so I used Debbie Rocker's Walk, Sculpt and Tone DVD.
Goal for September: 70
So far: 22
Tomorrow is my free day so I shall see all my walking buddies on Monday .

I just received my dvd's so I'm a little slow for the month but I will catch up!

and this afternoon the zoo with my 6 year old daughter...does that count?0 -
So after being wiped out all week from work and then just being plain lazy yesterday, I challenged myself to complete the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. And guess what? I DID IT! I've never done a 5 miler before. Phew!

I did the 2 Mile Brisk Walk from the Ultimate Collection again this morning!

I look at all you guys with such high goals and i feel intimidated.
I'm getting back on track to need to start small, plus starting one month in.
I'm going for 16 miles this month.

Triple please here: never feel intimidated by what anyone else is doing. This is your goal, for where you are at during this particular month or time in your life. These goals are personal and depend on many factors. Comparisons only lead to negative self talk which is so defeating.
I am glad that you are here to walk yourself strong with all of us .

Welcome to our LS Walk At Home walking group. Yay for starting out with your new DVDs and jumping right in this month!!. All walking counts, but I don't know how to count regular walking lol. But you sure are getting more fit today b/c you walked the zoo with your daughter. Good for you

Welcome! We lived in Jakarta for 4 1/2 years, and were often in Singapore. We have been back in the States for 20 years and I still make Singapore Chili Crab!0

I am so proud of this Super September Group! Nice walking everyone!
I ordered the 3m Slim & sleek + pilates ( saw texasgardnr did this one and was intrigued so I ordered it! ). WHEW! That is an awesome workout - I LOVE IT. Highly recommend for intermediate to advanced walkers - this is a great one.

I needed a shorter, lighter walk since I was going to do an hour, with intervals during the commercials, on the Gazelle while watching The Doctors TV show.

I have more Leslie Sansone DVDs but I really like the Ultimate Collection! Although my favorite DVD of hers isn't a walking one at all, it's the old Short Cuts (Lower Body) one. I think I'm going to do it on Friday, I won't be able to add any miles to my total but I love the workout!0 -
