Hovering around 144 lbs. next goal 140 and get totally toned up. That is something I have never done before it's always been weight loss. So now, I'm back into my closet, I plan on meeting with a trainer at the gym to make sure I'm on the right path and research online says 6-8 months to achieve that next goal.

Doing a bit of research on it, I think that is a great start. Have you tried the treadmill? Might be easier to keep track of times. There are many downloadable apps if your phone works with apps on free HIIT workouts that you can okay your own music on.

I don't have that issue but have another knee issue. I focus in nutrition. I also look for exercises that are low impact to the knees. Pilaties, swimming, lifting weights, things that don't aggravate it.
