In my experience - sometimes these days/weeks just come and go. Ive upped my carbs which has helped considerably, but most of the time, you just have to ride it out and wait for the good times to return. Keep running through them though, its rewarding to know you fought the challenge and won!!

Haha thanks, although this photo was taken at the Dead Sea so I had no option to literally lie ontop of it! Spent a few days at the Red Sea later and would have given diving a go, but due to holidays no businesses were open!

If its a temp job (I read contract here with a fixed end date) you don't even need a letter, you should have a good relationship and be able to say you found something more permanent but you thank them for the opportunity they gave. Nothing more, nothing less.

I didn't read the other posts but quite frankly, Lulu are there to sell a product. Their product is fitness clothing and it's spandex. Anything over a size 12 isn't going to look great in that clothing. If it doesn't look great, it's not going to sell. TO ANYONE regardless of size. You want it, work for it!

Im more of a Body Attack girl myself - but , Pump is awesome too. I agree it isnt anything like circuit training. I only burn 200 calories (with a HRM) in the 60 minutes and I lift heavy (heavier than the female instructors) so dont be too generous when you estimate calories - especially if you're eating them back.

I lost 60+ pounds in 11 months by only eating 1200 +/- 150 cals a day. You have to do it right though, simple good wholesome food (fruit, veg, lean meat, grain bread etc) but it is possible. I have 6 - got my first when I was 27 (now Im 30) and I work in the Public Service and I am at uni to become a Nurse. They arent going to hinder my job and all can be practically covered.
