I got a nice hour and half walk in and then had a ball hockey game- never sure how much I actually play in those 50 minute games, but I sweat like I played for 3 hours :)

I really don't know why I'm so slack at weighing in on Mondays! I haven't made a weigh in yet! I've had a rough couple of weeks with losing my grandma and stress, gotta get back on track I went up on the scale :( 152.4

I started my weight loss journey back in June so these pics are June, Sept, and Jan (I haven't lost weight since Jan, just maintained so I still look like this) But the pictures are to big, i'm to lazy (and also at work so I can't) change them right now so I'll update it later!

Here are mine measurements: Weigh:t 151 Bicep: 11 Chest: 37 Waist: 32 Abdominal: 37 Hips: 40 Thigh: 25 Calf: 15 This what they measure at the gym so I'm just keeping track of it all.

Yes be careful with the fruits you eat, or the amount. A cup of red grapes has enough sugar for an entire day! Crazy to think when they're supposed to be so good for you. Hey add me as well. I'm training for a 10km on May 6 and a Half Marathon on May 12. I just started running last summer and have found out that I actually like it more than I thought I would.
