I agree with those that have said that you should get the water in. I drink mine with a sugar free kool aid type flavouring added to it, as otherwise I just don't drink enough as I don't like the taste of plain water. Personally, I feel that it makes a difference.

Wispa Gold bars are gorgeous! They discontinued them, brought them back as limited edition and now they've gone again :( I used to love Spiras too, but they are no more either.

I just had a fat fortnight! We went to Cyprus for 2 weeks and I ate whatever I fancied! Cypriot Meze's a re amazing but definitely no good if you want to lose weight. However, we got back last week and i've been back on track since then. Towards the end I was really looking forward to getting back to healthy eating.

I always eat late in the evenings too, and still lost weight. When I got to goal before (I re-gained most of my loss), I ate in the evenings, just before bed. I actually struggle to sleep if I don't lie down with a full belly!

I made marsala chicken and mushroom risotto. Just the same as a regulate risotto but I used marsala wine in place of the white wine. It was delicious.
