Myfitnesspal works just like any other program. It's really not the program that fails its the person. Any diet will work if the person follows it minus any medical issues that could come in the way. For me what comes to mind is greek yogurt. I have to have Fage. I used to eat Chobani until I tried Fage. Fage is so creamy and delicious. Love it!

I personally consistently lost 2 lbs per week. I was really strict with sticking to my calories and doing the workouts. I used the formula Chalene provides in the nutrition book for Turbo Fire to determine my calories. ETA: I completed the 20 week program a month ago.

I start when we start warming up and then after the cool down. If I burn any calories after then great, but I don't track it. I certainly wouldn't compare your burns to others. I honestly feel if its anything outside of my scheduled work out its just extra calories. If I walk my dog for ten minutes, do I log that....ummm no! I just think its ridiculous honestly to log every single type of activity. Do I log when I get up from my desk and walk to the bathroom...again NO!

I did the schedule as it was listed, I figure Chalene put it together for a reason. I never got bored with the workouts. In fact I still do TF for cardio in addition to CLX.

If I miss a work out I just pick up where I left off, so I wouldn't do the day I missed, I would just do the day I was scheduled to do.

Yay! Another CLX buddy. I will start week 3 tomorrow. So far I love the program, I just need to clean up my diet so I can ensure I receive the results intended. I think you will like it. I am doing the CLX/TF hybrid Chalene's sister created. It is definitely challenging.

I would also listen to your body. Going from TF to the CLX/TF hybrid for me I have noticed I am more hungry. My calories right now are still set at 1350 which is what they were for TF. I haven't modified them yet and I am at the end of week 2 for the hybrid.
