Way to go! You look great! :)

6254.2 + 31 = 6285.2

I'm not sure I agree with this. My workouts typically zap my energy as it has already been a long day before I even work out due to my commute times. I eat dinner after working out and can easily fall asleep within an hour of finishing my workout. I think it just depends on the person. And honestly, if only evenings will…

I've tried the AM workouts and have not had the same amount of energy as I do with my PM workouts. I always work out after I get home from work b/c I prefer to work out before dinner. I've lost 31 lbs with this method, however on the weekends I typically do my workouts in the morning.

I'm sure that would be fine. I think as long as you complete the exercises for that day you will be fine.

Great job so far, keep up the awesome work!

Wow, look at your abs! Great job!!!

Congratulations!!! You have to post pictures!

I started last Monday. However, I am doing a hybrid between CLX and Turbo Fire, a schedule her sister Janelle created. So far so good, I'm looking forward to the results at the end of the 12 weeks.

For me I choose to let other "physical activities" like cleaning, walking my dog around the block etc. as extra. These are activities that I do all the time and they aren't for losing weight or staying fit. I specifically work out for that and I log those calories only. But really to each their own, however, I think they…

I have it too and its really frustrating. I have lost 31 lbs since January and its still there. In fact I'm at my goal weight, and the back fat is still there. Clearly this is my problem area. I have started a strength training program and I hope that will help.

My calories on MFP are set to 1350. I haven't changed them since I have started CLX. I figure if I am hungry I will eat and eat healthy foods. I'll keep an eye out and see if I need to make any changes.

Hmm...that's interesting. In some of the HIIT workouts my HRM says my heart rate is between high 160's to the 170's. I've once even had it as high as 180. During my regular workouts I prefer to between 166 to 172. Not sure if this is right or not. BTW I'm 5'3 135 lbs.

I don't feel the need to share my diary with anyone. What I eat is my business and I've seen way too many MFP members posting negatively to what they see in someone's diary. I do not see how that is encouraging.

Wow, great results!! Thanks for posting!

Great progress in 3 months! Way to go! Keep pushing play!

Thanks for all of the encouraging words! :blushing:

You should feel confident! You look great, congrats on all of the hard work.

Thanks Karina! I will try to do that with the protein bar. When I was doing Fire 30 on Monday my body was sore. I got through the work out but I certainly did not burn as many calories as I have in the past. It was a difference of 22 calories less which is ok with me. Hopefully my body will get used to it as time goes on.

My fave is Turbo Fire. I completed 20 weeks of that program. It was fun and a great calorie burner.
-
Thanks! I've read conflicting info that its better to do your strength training first so you have the energy to really push yourself in the workouts and then cardio after. Who knows what is right or wrong.

I, like Collette, lost 30 lbs doing the program. The program comes with a schedule of 12 weeks and 20 weeks. I opted for the 20 week program. I think its a great program, can be pretty challenging, but FUN. I love how there is a schedule so you aren't doing the same exercises over and over again. If you really push during…

Great job especially with having 5 children! Way to go!

Great job!

Yesterday I started the CLX/TF hybrid by Jenelle. I must say Fire 30 was tougher after doing the Burn Circuit 1.
-
Great results! I can really see the change in your abs. I start CLX tonight and I can't wait.

Lol! Fire 55EZ is my favorite workout. I like it much better than Fire45EZ. I really wonder what the EZ stands for.
-
Thanks! I actually finished TF on Saturday. Yesterday was my rest today. Today I will start Jenelle Summers (Chalene's sister) CLX/TF hybrid for 12 weeks.

Great progress!!! I can only imagine how you will look and feel at the end of 20 weeks! Way to go!
