I agree! I have 9 lbs left to lose so I thought I would finish out the program and purchase the advanced DVD's. I'm currently on week 13 and I am hoping by week 20 I'll be at my goal weight. But like Karina said, I also had great results from the 90 day program.

I agree with the other posters. Please do not do two HIIT workouts in one day. Especially not back to back. I would encourage you to follow the schedule and you will have great results. Yes ma'am. After I complete the advanced dvds I will do CLX/TF hybrid. I want to tone up and I am hoping doing the hybrid will be able to do that.

Well in the 12 weeks of doing Turbo Fire I lost 23 lbs. I went from a size 10 to a loose fitting size 6. I didn't take my measurements. I took some pictures but I don't think there is as much of a difference from my 8 week photos to my 12 week photos. I figured once I hit my goal weight I would post pictures. Overall I'm…

I did not follow the nutrition plan. I used the calorie calculation found in the book to determine how many calories I should eat. Otherwise I just used MFP to track and stayed within my calorie range. Good luck!

I have a dog blanket over a piece of furniture that my dog likes to get on. It makes it easy for me to clean up, but my dog has short hair so it really doesn't bother me. HIIT are good and rough! Especially HIIT 25 with all of that jumping. My legs are usually on FIRE!

Total lbs lost is 23 lbs. I've lost 18 while on MFP.

I do the HIIT first. I feel like doing the HIIT first, keeps my heart beating pretty good through the Sculpt/Tone workout. At least according to my HRM.

For me I am motivated by the progress I have made so far. Plus this is a lifestyle change for me and I want to be healthier overall. Plus MFP certainly helps! :happy:

I was 135 and that is my goal weight. I may go lower than that as I am trying to achieve a certain look for my body over really weight. But to achieve the look, my weight must be lower.
