Love, love, love TF! I am on Week 11, Day 2. Goodness, I guess I better go ahead and order the advanced DVD's or decide if I am going to purchase the new TF set.

I used the formula that came in the TF book. I have been using it since the beginning and have lost weight pretty much consistently. ETA: I also subtracted 1000 from whatever my number was to lose 2 lbs per week.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure you have made progress since you started the video. You will get better and better as time goes on. You are doing GREAT! Keep up the GREAT work. :drinker:

Class was good. Today was HIIT 20 and Tone 30. I was annoyed at my HRM as it stopped tracking during the HIIT workout.

Welcome! I think you will love the TF program. It's fun and really I haven't gotten bored with the program. Sticking with the schedule I think has kept me from getting bored. She does a good job of mixing up the videos.

I recently purchased a HRM about 6 weeks into the program. I'm so happy I did. I went to Sports Authority and bought a Polar FT4. I like it a lot. I haven't had any problems with it. I'm beginning week 9 today. On the schedule for me is HIIT 15 and Sculpt 30.

I plan to do the entire 20 weeks. So it will be exciting to see what my results will be after then. I have been taking pictures every 4 weeks to assess my progress.
