Hi, I saw this and thought the same thing, but surely there must be things you can do to minimise the saggy skin, but they never mention anything like this on there, all they do is "shock TV" with no real helpful solutions.. I might do some surfing tonight...

Hi, I spend the majority of my lunchtime just taking a brisk walk, it shakes off the office and burns off some calories but doesn`t result in me feeling nasty for the rest of the day.

It happens to all at some point, don`t beat yourself up. You can do this, focus on the day. Make a mental note about whats causing you to slide and then as they happen, kick their *kitten*! You know you can do it, you did it before. Let me know how you get on or if there`s anything I can do to help..
